Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 15 "x 10" jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: eggs, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and sugar, until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared jelly roll pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely, then spread the top with frosting. We like to garnish these bars with fall color sprinkles and cute pumpkin candies. ENJOY!
How to Make Cream Cheese Frosting
In a stand mixer, using the whisk attachment, blend together cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract. Then, slowly begin adding powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the bowl as needed.
