Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground sausage and cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 5-8 minutes. (Use a wooden spoon to break up the sausage into small pieces.)
  • Stir in the flour until no white powder remains.
  • Add in milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened, 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over biscuits. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix together and place aside.
  • In a medium bowl combine the milk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract. Mix Together.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray or rub a little melted butter on.
  • Pour onto hot iron and cook the waffles according to the directions on your waffle maker.
  • Serve topped with pure maple syrup and butter or your favorite fruit.
