  • 3 shots Espresso
  • 12 oz Milk
  • Ice

  • 10 oz Milk

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice sauce
  • 1 shot Espresso
  • 8 oz Milk
  • Ice
  • Whip Cream
  • Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In your cup add white chocolate sauce, espresso, milk and stir. Then add ice and top with whip cream and cinnamon. ENJOY!

Method
 

  1.  Peel banana and cut in half, then cut in half again lengthwise.
  2. Spread each banana piece with some peanut butter.
    Top with healthy toppings of your choice.

  • 1 16oz Bag Tri-Color Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl, and combine until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. ENJOY!
