Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in the baking powder, salt, and flour. Fold in the orange zest, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a parchment lined 13X9 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, then let cool.
- Once the bars are cooled, frost and top with dried cranberries and drizzle white chocolate. Slice into triangles and ENJOY!
Frosting
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
