American Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Small diced onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 1 Tomato sauce, 15oz can
  • 1 Diced tomatoes, 10oz can
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1lb Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • Olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a large pot or dutch oven over medium high heat add the olive oil, the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook the ground beef until no longer pink and the onions and bell pepper are soft.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and then add in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce then stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, pasta sauce, beef broth. Stir until well combined. Bring mixture to a simmer then add in pasta stir until well combined. Allow it to cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until pasta is soft.
    Stir in shredded cheese, and ENJOY!
