Place the cookies into a food processor and pulse a few times until you have fine crumbs. Add in the melted butter and continue to mix until fully combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, using a hand held mixer mix together the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding and milk. Then beat in the vanilla extract.
Then spread the no-bake cheesecake filling over the crust. Place the sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake filling. Spread the pudding over the bananas.Finish by adding the whipped cream on top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best results.
Top with fresh banana slices and additional vanilla wafers. ENJOY!
