Banana Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 11oz box vanilla wafers
  • 1 Stick butter, melted

Pudding

  • 2 3.4 oz boxes vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Other Ingredients

  • 1 container no bake cheesecake
  • 1 8oz cool whip container
  • 2 fresh bananas, sliced
  • Top with more vanilla wafers and sliced bananas

Instructions
 

  • Place the cookies into a food processor and pulse a few times until you have fine crumbs. Add in the melted butter and continue to mix until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand held mixer mix together the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding and milk. Then beat in the vanilla extract.
  • Then spread the no-bake cheesecake filling over the crust.
    Place the sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake filling.
    Spread the pudding over the bananas.
    Finish by adding the whipped cream on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best results. 
  • Top with fresh banana slices and additional vanilla wafers. ENJOY!
