Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Small diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Package of egg noodles

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the lean ground beef with the finely chopped onion. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir and cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease or liquid from the skillet.
    Add in the minced garlic and worcestershire sauce.
    Add butter and flour, sautee another minute stirring constantly.
    Pour in beef broth and heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add in the noodles and let cook. Once cooked, stir in sour cream and sprinkle parsley on top. ENJOY!
