- 3-4 Ibs Chuck Roast
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 Birria Bomb
- Sourdough bread, butter bread
- Sliced Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Diced onion
- Cilantro
Place chuck roast into your crockpot Pour in beef broth and add in 1 Birria Bomb. Place the lid on and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Once the meat is done shred it up. To assemble the grilled cheese butter the sourdough bread and place onto your skillet. Add two slices of sliced cheese to each bread slice, then shredded mozzarella, some of that delicious meat, diced onions, and cilantro. Once the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted place the toasted bread with cheese on top. Make sure to dip the grilled cheese into some of that consommé. ENJOY!
