Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Blue berries
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 cups  All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp  baking powder
  • 2 tbsp  White sugar
  • 1/4 tsp  Salt
Dairy
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg
Homemade syrup
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Blueberry pancakes
  1. In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk together, then add the wet ingredients and whisk together until fully combined
  2. Pour the batter in a 24 oz batter dispenser or can use a ice cream scoop
  3. Heat a non stick pan on medium-low heat
  4. Dispense pancakes in the pan, add blue berries and let cook for about 1 minute then flip and only cook for 15 seconds
  5. Enjoy!
Homemade syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass measuring cup, then stir.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute and stir
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
