Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 lbs Ground pork

Refrigerated

  • 1 Egg

Baking & Spices

  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Power
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

(Optional)

  • Fresh Parsley to top off

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with hands until well combined
  • Roll the mixture into 12-14 meatballs and place them in a greased casserole dish.
  • Baking for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and are a internal temperature of 165
  • Drain the grease from the dish and pour the marinara sauce on top, along with the mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  • Top with parsley and enjoy!
