Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.
Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. The last 30 minutes of cook time sprinkle the stuffing mixture on top. Top with the butter and continue to cook for the last 30 minutes.

Always make sure that the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of at least 165ยบ degrees Fahrenheit.
