Into your crockpot add: chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, onion, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker to a large mixing bowl. Shred chicken, and return shredded chicken back to slow cooker.
Add pasta, stir, then cover and cook for 30-40 minutes, until pasta is tender. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed. ENJOY!
