Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place an oven-safe baking rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, add flour, salt, and pepper mix together.
In a medium bowl, add eggs, water and whisk together.
In a large bowl, add bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder and mix together.
Dip chicken into flour, tossing to coat. Shake off excess. Dip into the egg wash, and then finally into panko breadcrumbs, using your hands to help panko coat chicken strips.
Place breaded chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken is cooked through when chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If you prefer a darker coating, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
