Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

Cake Ingredients

Refrigerated

  • 3 Eggs

Baking & Spices

  • 1 4oz package Chocolate pudding mix, instant
  • 1 package Devil's food cake mix

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil

Liquids

  • 1 Cup Water

Glaze Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chocolate chips, semi sweet
  • 1 16oz Heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • With your stand mixer or in a large bowl mix together the eggs, instant pudding, devils food cake, water, and vegetable oil together until fully smoothed
  • Spray your bundt pan with baking spray
  • Pour the cake mixer into your bundt pan
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cake is set and a tester comes out clean
  • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the bundt pan
  • Use a plate or cake stand to flip the bundt pan with your cake
  • Top of the cake with the chocolate glaze and enjoy!

Chocolate Glaze

  • In a sauce pan on low heat, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips and stir together with a spatula until fully melted and smoothed
  • Or you can pour the 2 ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds or until fully melted and fully smoothed and stir with a spatula
  • Pour the glaze on top of the cake and enjoy!

Notes

Can have fun with it and add some extra toppings, I like to add white chocolate chips to it. Enjoy!
