Chocolate chip cookie dough Ice cream recipe

Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices

  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, mini
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour

Dairy

  • 1 stick Butter, softened
  • 1 (14oz) can Condensed milk, sweet
  • 2 Cups Heavy whipping cream, (1 pint)
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the butter and sugar in your stand mixer bowl and cream together using the paddle attachment
  • Add in the milk and vanilla extract and give it a quick mix
  • Mix in the flour
  • Add the mini chocolate chips and mix with a spatula
  • Scoop out the dough and roll into balls (I got total of 25)
  • Add the heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl of your stand mixer and whip together until stiff peaks for about 5 minutes
  • Add in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk together until fully combined
  • Set aside about 10 cookie dough balls for the top of the ice cream
  • Mix the rest into the mixture
  • Pour in a metal loaf pan
  • Top off with cookie dough and mini chocolate chips
  • Freeze over night

Notes

A glass loaf pan will work, but a metal pan will freeze the ice cream better.
