Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 1/2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 12oz frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 Green onions, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring a wok or large skillet over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp oil. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Make a hole in the middle and add the eggs, salt, and cook until scrambled. While mixing in the onions into the eggs.
  • Add in the rice and mix in with the scrambled eggs. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the vegetables and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in green onion, sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Add more soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. ENJOY!

Notes

1 1/2 cups of raw rice will make about 4 1/2 cups of cooked white rice.
