Instructions
First need to rinse out the seeds in the chile and then cut into 1/2 inch, then put aside
Peel the potatoes, rinse and then cut into 1/2 inch
Place the chiles, potatoes, chicken stock, garlic and cumin into your instant pot and place lid onto your pot
Press manual and set for 8 minutes
Once the pot beeps, allow it to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release the rest of the pressure with a quick release
Add salt and pepper for taste
Serve in a bowl with optional cheese on top and tortilla on the side
