- 2 cups cooked Chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 10.5oz Can of cream of chicken
- 1 Small diced onion
- 16oz Green Chili
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.In a pan over medium-high heat, add in the cooked chicken, diced onion, cream of chicken soup, and green chili. Mix and let warm up for about 5 minutes. Spread some green chili sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place 6 corn tortillas at the bottom of the dish, slightly overlapping them if needed. Add chicken mixture and spread over tortillas. Then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Place 6 more tortillas on top, and some more shredded cheese, diced onions, and green chili. Bake in your preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. ENJOY!
