- 1 Pound lean ground beef
- 1 Small white Onion, Diced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add in the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.Add in the heavy cream and cheese and stir until all the cheese melted. ENJOY!
