In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add in the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.Add in the heavy cream and cheese and stir until all the cheese melted. ENJOY!
