Homemade Breadsticks

Ingredients
  

For Dough:
  • 1 cup Self rising Flour, +Extra for kneading and rolling
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain, Non fat
For Brushing:
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add flour and yogurt. Use a spoon to mix it together into a rough sticky ball. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it into a ball of dough. Sprinkle some more flour, if the dough is too sticky. 
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the dough. Use pizza cutter to slice into 10 pieces.
  3. Pinch the long sides of each piece together to form a breadstick shape.
  4. Place sticks on a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with the butter mixture and ENJOY!
