1cupGreek yogurt Plain, Non fat
For Brushing:
4tbspButter, melted
1tspGarlic powder
1tspSalt
1tspItalian seasoning
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add flour and yogurt. Use a spoon to mix it together into a rough sticky ball. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it into a ball of dough. Sprinkle some more flour, if the dough is too sticky.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough. Use pizza cutter to slice into 10 pieces.
Pinch the long sides of each piece together to form a breadstick shape.
Place sticks on a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with the butter mixture and ENJOY!
