Combine all ingredients (except for 1 cup of flour) in a bowl and mix together for about 1 minute using the a dough hook
Continue mixing and slowly add the last cup of flour until the dough is soft and just slightly sticky
Place dough on a floured surface and knead 3 times, patting into ball shape
Cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 90 minutes
Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 pieces if you like the rolls to be large if you would like them to be a normal roll size divide into 16 pieces. Shape into balls
Place in a dish that's been prepared with non stick spray and cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the top of the rolls are golden brown
