Add all ingredients except gelatin into a food processor or high power blender and mix until fruit puree is smooth. Pour puree into a saucepan.
Sprinkle gelatin in, one tbsp at a time, and whisking after each tbsp so that the gelatin does not clump up. Bring mixture to a low-medium heat and stir constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved. When gelatin is completely dissolved, removed from stove.
Place mixture over silicon mold and use a scraper to help fill in or can use a butter knife as well.
Place in fridge and let set for 30 minutes. Once they are done carefully pop the gummy bears right out of the silicon. Enjoy!
