In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 pound ground beef until the beef is browned, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Then mix in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Add in the brown sugar and beef broth. Now you can add in more ketchup or broth to reach the consistency you like. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. While thats simmering butter and toast the buns.
Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto hamburger buns and we like to add a slice of cheese. Serve with chips and ENJOY!
