Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix together and place aside.
In a medium bowl combine the milk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract. Mix Together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together.
Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray or rub a little melted butter on.
Pour onto hot iron and cook the waffles according to the directions on your waffle maker.
Serve topped with pure maple syrup and butter or your favorite fruit.
