In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat cook onion, minced garlic and ground beef until browned, about 8-10 minutes.Season with Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, oregano, and parsley.
Mix in the tomato paste and fresh basil, then pour in pasta sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.Bring to a boil and add in broken lasagna noodles and let cook for 10-15 minutes, until the pasta is al dente. Sprinkle on top the mozzarella cheese.To serve, spoon the soup into bowls and top with a dollop of the cheese mixture. ENJOY!
