Mini Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp White sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Dairy
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk together, then add the wet ingredients and whisk together until fully combined
  2. Pour the batter in a 24 oz batter dispenser or in a pipping bag and cut the tip
  3. Heat a non stick pan on medium-low heat
  4. Dispense or pip your mini pancakes in the pan and let cook for about 1 minute then flip and only cook for 10 seconds
  5. Then serve in a bowl with some butter on top and drizzled maple syrup
  6. Enjoy!
