Method
- In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk together, then add the wet ingredients and whisk together until fully combined
- Pour the batter in a 24 oz batter dispenser or in a pipping bag and cut the tip
- Heat a non stick pan on medium-low heat
- Dispense or pip your mini pancakes in the pan and let cook for about 1 minute then flip and only cook for 10 seconds
- Then serve in a bowl with some butter on top and drizzled maple syrup
- Enjoy!
