In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar with a hand-held mixer. Add vanilla, pumpkin puree and egg and beat until combined and light and fluffy.
Then add the dry ingredient mixture and beat until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the cookie dough onto your prepared cookie sheet, making sure to evenly space them. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheat oven to 375 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until cookies look set. Let cool for 3 minutes, ENJOY!
