Pumpkin Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats, old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cups cups Almond milk
  • 1 tsp  maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • Cinnamon
  • Chopped Pecans

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar add in all the ingredients. Stir until well combined then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, top with chopped pecans and enjoy!
