Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • Top with Whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Add Chia seeds, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a mason jar. Stir to combine then let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again with a fork, this helps break up any clumps.
  2. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 3 hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream and ENJOY!
