Rinse and dry chickpeas thoroughly in between a kitchen towel, picking out any loose skins.
Place the chickpeas into a small mixing bowl with all remaining ingredients and using a spoon, mix and coat all the chickpeas.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Cook at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Remove every 10 minutes and shake the tray so the chickpeas move around. Be careful not to leave in too long without checking as they can burn very quickly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container. ENJOY!
