- 1 32oz Velveeta original, cut into cubes
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1-2 JalapeƱos, diced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 10.5oz Can of Diced Tomatoes,
- 1/4 cup Milk
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and JalapeƱos until no longer pink. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any grease from the skillet. And remove from the skillet and place in a bowl and put aside. Add cubes of Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes, and milk in the same skillet and let cook stirring until melted. Once melted add the meat back in and stir together until combined. ENJOY!
