Strawberry Bread Recipe

Delicious strawberry bread perfect for breakfast or anytime!

  • 1 Cup Strawberries

Refrigerated

  • 2 eggs

Baking & Spices

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup White sugar

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Butter,salted
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees convection bake.
  • Grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
  • Cream together the sugar and butter.
  • Add the eggs, milk and vanilla beating well.
  • Add the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
  • Wash and cut the strawberries and then mix by hand gently with a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into your loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in pan for about 10 minutes before removing

Notes

If the inside of your bread is still not cooked through that is usually a good sign that you need to keep it in the oven longer. If it is browned on the outside but still uncooked inside just cover with foil and return to oven until a cake tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
