Preheat oven to 170 degrees F.Line a large baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.
Place into your blender strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar and blender until smooth.
Pour onto prepared pan and spread out into a thin, even layer.
Bake for 4 hours or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
Carefully peel up the fruit roll-up and place the sticky, smooth side on parchment paper. Cut into 2-inch strips and roll-up firmly.Store in airtight container. ENJOY!
