Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry sheets. Then using a heart cookie cutter, cut out as many hearts as you can. I got a total of 10 hearts.
Place hearts 2 inches apart on your baking tray. Place about a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each heart. Then place sliced strawberries on top of Nutella. Place another pastry heart over the top. Gently press down the sides. Using a fork go around the edges of the heart and firmly press it together.
Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed up. Dust powdered sugar on top and ENJOY!
