Method
- In a large sauce pan melt the butter over low-medium heat.
- Add the marshmallows and let sit for 30 seconds then stir gently
- Add the vanilla extract and stir gently
- Add the strawberry gelatin mix and stir gently
- Before the marshmallows are fully melted turn off heat and continue stirring until fully melted and no lumps
- Add the rice krispies and mix
- In a 9x13 casserole dish prepared with non stick spray pour the mixture in
- Pat down with hands make sure to put butter on hands to prevent from sticking
- Let cool for 2 hours before cutting
- Enjoy!
Notes
Optional you can add some melted white chocolate over the bars its super delicious.
