Prepare white cake according to package and then pour in a 10 inch dish that's been prepared with non stick spray
Bake for 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean, let cool for 10 minutes
While cake is cooling start on whipped cream, beat together the heavy cream and powdered sugar making sure to not over beat
Once cake is cooled flip the cake over and start to cut in half with a knife starting at edges and carefully working to the middle. Remove top of cake and place aside
Add first layer of whipped cream, then place top of cake over
Add strawberry glaze over then add two layers of whipped cream and then top off with fresh cut strawberries

Notes
You can also make vanilla cake or angel food cake if you would not want white cake.
