Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 6 Flour Tortillas
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Champion chicken
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dry rub (original)
Dairy
  • 2 cups Shredded fiesta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter
  • 1 QT Heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree
  2. Place the 3 chicken breasts onto a flat pan
  3. Spray both sides of each chicken breasts with butter non-sticking spray
  4. Season the chicken breasts with the paprika, champion chicken, pepper and salt
  5. Place the chicken breasts into your oven and bake for 25min or until chicken breasts reaches internal temperature of 165
  6. Place the chicken breasts into a blender and pulse until all chicken breasts are shredded
  7. In a pot, make the cheese sauce by melting the butter over medium-low heat
  8. Add the heavy cream to the melted butter and gently mix with a whisk
  9. Gently mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese into the pot with a whisk until the cheese is fully melted
  10. Add the 1 tbsp. of paprika and dry rub (original) seasoning to the melted cheese mixture
  11. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  12. Prepare baking dish with non-stick spray
  13. Place two flour tortillas on bottom of the dish
  14. Add half of the ground chicken on top of the flour tortillas
  15. Add 1/3 of the cheese sauce mixture over the chicken
  16. Repeat steps 14 & 15 one more time
  17. Place the last 2 flour tortillas on top and top them off with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese
  18. Bake for 10min or until cheese is melted

Notes

If your chicken breasts have not gotten to an internal temperature of 165 by the 25min bake time you just need to flip each chicken breasts over and place back into your oven to cook longer. Enjoy!
