- In a large sauce pan over medium high heat brown the ground beef. Add in the diced onion and cook for a few minutes. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the can of Rotel tomatoes and tomato paste and let cook for a few minutes. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Once the pasta is done mix in the shredded cheese. ENJOY!
