- In a sauce pan on medium-high heat add in the cheese, sour cream, and milk let cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
- Once the cheese is fully melted, add in the green chile, and season with salt and garlic powder to your taste. Let cook until everything is heated.
- If the queso is still to thick just add in more milk to thin it out to your desired consistency.
