Ingredients Method

Ingredients

1lb Ground Beef
1 Small diced Onion
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Can of Rotel diced tomatoes, 10oz
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1 Can Red Enchilada Sauce, 10oz
1 Can of drained corn
2 cups Shredded cheese
1 Bag Frozen Tater Tots, 32oz

Method

In a large pan over medium high heat brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix in the can of Rotel tomatoes and sour cream. Add in the red enchilada sauce and drained corn and let that cook for a few minutes.
Top with the shredded cheese and frozen tater tots.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the tots are nice and crispy.
Serve with favorite toppings and ENJOY!
