Taco Tater Tot Casserole

This Taco Tater Tot Casserole is an easy delicious meal that will become a new family favorite!

- In a large pan over medium high heat brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the can of Rotel tomatoes and sour cream. Add in the red enchilada sauce and drained corn and let that cook for a few minutes.
- Top with the shredded cheese and frozen tater tots. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the tots are nice and crispy. Serve with favorite toppings and ENJOY!
