Ingredients
  

For Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
For the stir fry
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1  Zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Serve over rice or noodles
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook ground beef until brown.
    Add in minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 1 minute.
    Add in the diced vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients.
    Add sauce and stir to coat. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
    Add in your cooked noodles and stir to coat. ENJOY!

Notes

Make it spicy: Add chili crisp or chili flakes
