  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Blueberries, washed & add 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  • Line a 12-count muffin tin with cupcake liners. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, granulated sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk to combine. Whisk in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients 1/3 at a time, stirring with each addition just until incorporated.
