Green Juice For Weight Loss
Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 Green Apples
- 2 Cucumbers
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1 Lemon
- 1 inch Piece of Ginger
Instructions
- Wash apples, spinach, cucumbers, and celery. Remove core from apples and peel cucumbers.
- Cut all ingredients into appropriate sizes.
