- In a sauce pan on low heat pour in the milk and reserve 2 tbsp of milk.
- In a small bowl mix together the cocoa powder and the remaining milk and pour in the pan, and the sugar and whisk together and let heat up. Once the mixture is hot add in the dark chocolate and mix together until the chocolate is fully dissolved.
- Enjoy with mini marshmallows or whipped cream!
