M&M Christmas Cookies
These fun and festive cookies are super easy, made with all those pretty red and green M&M’s in every delightful soft and chewy cookie bite! A perfect Christmas cookie for the Holidays!

- In a large mixing bowl, add butter, brown sugar , granulated sugar and mix together until combined. Then, mix in the egg and vanilla until just combined.Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms, then place into refrigerator for a least 1 hour. Use a large cookie scoop to scoop out 12 cookies or use a medium sized cookie scoop for 18 cookies and arrange them evenly on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes for medium sized cookies and 13-15 minutes for larger cookies. Cookies will still be slightly underdone when you remove them from the oven. Make sure not to over bake for soft and chewy cookies. Let cool for 5 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before storing in an air-tight container for up to 4-5 days. ENJOY!
