Ingredients
  

  • 4 string cheese mozzarella sticks
  • 16oz 1 can large biscuits we used Pillsbury Grands, 8 biscuits
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp  grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • Pizza sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 
  • Cut each cheese stick into to make 32 pieces. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4ths for a total of 32 biscuit pieces. Push a piece of cheese into a dough ball, pinch the seams together and then roll into a ball.
  • Place biscuit balls seam side down and next to each other to form a tree shape on the cookie sheet. In a small bowl, stir together the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush butter mixture over the biscuit balls.
  • Bake 15 minutes, then Sprinkle the top of the "tree" with parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy with pizza sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 15oz Pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until combined then set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, granulated and brown sugars then whisk together. Add in the pumpkin puree and mix once more until smooth.
  • Pour the dry into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the batter to your lined muffin tin. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let pumpkin muffins cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then remove them and transfer muffins to a wire rack to cool completely. ENJOY!

Notes

  • Store the pumpkin muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in a single layer in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bread loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until the consistency of chunky applesauce and add them to the batter along with the eggs, mixing until blended. 
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together: flour, baking soda and salt then add to batter.
    Add vanilla extract and mix in chopped pecans. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350˚F for 55-60 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let bread rest for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. ENJOY!
