  • 1 1/2 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 Banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions
 

  • Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is combined and smooth. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 Bell Pepper, I used a red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese, I used Colby jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat add sausage and cook until the sausage is browned. For 4-6 minutes. Add bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes, or until the pepper is tender. Take skillet off heat and place aside.
  • In a large 4-cup measuring cup add the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and garlic and whisk together.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 1/2 full with the sausage and pepper mixture. Then add some chopped green onions. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle the tops with cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is completely set. Let cool for a few minutes and ENJOY!

  • 2/3 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter (any kind of nut butter will work)

Baking & Spices

  • Mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • In a microwaveable bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, nut butter, and maple syrup
  • Place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir oatmeal and place back in microwave. Cook for another minute.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes before topping with cashew butter and chocolate chips.
