1Package of frozen puff pastry sheets (17.3oz) 2 come in a package
1 1/2 tbspMelted butter
Baking & spices
2tbspCinnamon Sugar
1TubePink frosting ( See Notes)
Instructions
Unfold both pasty sheets and brush the melted butter over both pastry sheets making sure to not get the sides
Pour the cinnamon sugar over the butter on one of the pastry sheets making sure to not get the sides
Brush water along each side
Top with the second pastry sheet with the buttery side down
Use a fork to crimp the edges where you brushed the water
Use a pizza cutter and slice the pastry going from side to side into narrow strips until you have 11 strips
Take each strip and twist is twice to make a shape for the bunnies ears, with leaving an open circle at the bottom and the two crimped ends pointing up
Place the twisted strips on a cookie sheet that's been lined with non stick liner
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 min or until the pastry is golden brown
Cool for 10 minutes
Now add the bunnies tail with the frosting
Notes
You can use homemade frosting or store bought frosting, which ever you prefer. I got the pink frosting that comes in a tube in the cake section and use the star looking tip that it comes with.
