Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling(21 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Place one triangle into each cup and fill with a tablespoon of pie filling. Fold shorter ends together on the top to cover.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Then set aside to cool.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice(adding 1 tbsp at a time) until smooth. Transfer cooled bites to wire rack and drizzle with glaze mixture. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Blueberries, washed & add 1 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Line a 12-count muffin tin with cupcake liners. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, granulated sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk to combine. Whisk in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients 1/3 at a time, stirring with each addition just until incorporated.
  • Add lemon juice and whisk in just until combined. Use a spatula to fold in the blueberries, folding just until combined. Divide batter into muffin tin filling liners to the top or until all of the batter is used up. Bake at 400˚F for 20-25 minutes or until tops are golden.
    Remove muffins from tin and cool on a wire rack. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 2 1/2 cups All purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 12 tbsp Unsalted butter, Cold

For the Filling

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions
 

For the Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper (leave some paper hanging over the sides of the pan for an easier lift later.
  • In the bowl of a food processor, pulse together the flour, sugar, and salt and pulse a few times to combine. Add cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse meal with some pea-sized pieces forming. Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan, pressing the crust evenly into the bottom of the pan.
    Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes or until the crust has set and the edges are just lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Pecan Bars

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, butter, heavy cream and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans, mixing until combined.
  • Pour pecan filling over your warm crust. Return to the oven and bake for another 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbling and turns caramel color. Let cool completely to room temperature before cutting.
