Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Small diced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Can of Rotel diced tomatoes, 10oz
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Can of Red Enchilada Sauce 10oz
  • 1 19oz Bag of Frozen Tortellini
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Optional top with Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. In a large sauce pan over medium high heat brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
    Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Add in the can of Rotel tomatoes, tomato paste, and red enchilada sauce and let cook for a few minutes.
  2. Stir in the frozen tortellini and place the lid on and let cook for 5-8 minutes or until the tortellini is cooked.
    Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and place the lid back on and continue to cook until the cheese is melted.
    Top with your favorite toppings and ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Hawaiian slider buns, not the slider rolls
  • 5-6 Gortons crispy panko fish fillets
  • 4 Slices cheese
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
Homemade Tartar Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dill fresh or dry
  • 1/2 cup Dill relish
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Place buns on baking sheet, put cheese on bottom buns, and brush the top buns with melted butter.
    Put in oven at 375°F for 3-5 minutes or until buns are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from oven and and top with cooked fish, top with sauce, slice buns in to individual sliders, and ENJOY!
Homemade Tartar Sauce
  1. In a medium mixing bowl place all ingredients and mix until combined. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Hamburger buns
  • Sliced Cheese

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 pound ground beef until the beef is browned, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Then mix in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Add in the brown sugar and beef broth.
    Now you can add in more ketchup or broth to reach the consistency you like.
    Let simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  5. While thats simmering butter and toast the buns.
  6. Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto hamburger buns and we like to add a slice of cheese. Serve with chips and ENJOY!
